Thanks to the utilization of the classic Opalino method, the Opalino vase is all about chic and distinctive colors that exude absolute charm through its shape.
The “soffiato” technique is named after what artisans do to make glass expand and take on various shapes by blowing air into a long metal cane attached to the glass.
The use of this technique to create milk glass, also known as Lattimo and which resembles porcelain, was first developed in the 15th century and is being revived by VENINI in this and other masterpieces.
