In collaboration with Luca Dini Design & Architecture firm, Interni now designed this yacht shaped villa residence for the Neom project, the biggest masterplan future city in Saudi Arabia.
The project involved 5 small and medium scale villas located and distributed onto a green hill with wonderful views of the red sea.
The key aspect of this project is the tailor-made formula called “design and build”, which we created for the client in order to let him completely control the development of the project, from the design phase to the construction documents and the final building operations. This solution was due to the lack of a starting date for the project and let the client himself organize, schedule and manage both the project and the contractors involved.
On our side, we will provide all the information, drawing and constructor details to build the house.
