The Esosoft sofa, also available in an indoor and outdoor lovebed version, is designed by Antonio Citterio for Cassina.
The base of the exoskeleton supports a hand-woven fibre shell. This basket contains cushions that can be freely arranged on the seat and back for adaptable comfort.
There are many fabrics with which the sofa can be customised to suit the surrounding space. The cushions are filled with sustainable materials, such as polyurethane with bio-based polyols and recycled PET wadding.
The base is easily disassembled to facilitate end-of-life recycling.
